Grongy AI offers a Free plan, paid subscriptions and a one-time Thesis Pass. This policy explains when a payment may be refunded, how cancellation affects access and how to report a billing error.

No charges without consent

You will never be charged without explicitly choosing a paid plan and confirming payment. We don't use hidden fees, forced upgrades or pressure tactics — you can always keep using the Free plan and export your work.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a new paid subscription or Thesis Pass, you may request a full refund of the initial payment within 14 days of that charge. Just email us; you don't need to give a reason.

Subscriptions & cancellation

• You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Renewal payments (after the first period) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of a clear billing error on our side.
